TLC Oats 'n' Honey
Fits #5 Log Mold

2 oz. Castor Oil
7 oz. Coconut Oil
7 oz. Palm Kernel
8 oz. Cocoa Butter
27 oz. Olive Oil
15 oz. Tallow

9 oz. Sodium Hydroxide (lye) (approx 6% superfatted) 8.75 oz. Sodium Hydroxide (lye) (approx 7% superfatted)

21 oz. water or water/milk. If you choose to use water/milk you can use about 11 oz of water to mix the lye in and the other 10 oz. as milk with the Oatmeal added if you like or the other 10 oz. use and add the Oatmeal to make a Oatmeal Milk.

1/2 cup or a bit more of finely powdered Oatmeal added at the beginning of the mixing process. Can also be added to the milk and warmed a bit if milk is used. Can also be added to a bit of the water without lye and warmed to make an Oatmeal milk and added to the warmed oils after adding the lye water to the oils.

2 Tbsp of Honey added at about the middle of the mixing process. Do not over use the Stick Blender with this recipe. It will cause it to over heat and could cause seperation in the mixture when in the mold.

You may add any scent you want. This is a fav of my customers without scent. Is also nice with a Oatmeal, Milk and Honey, Almond, Vanilla and even Chocolate Fragrance Oil.
