We accept: Pay Pal, Cashiers Check and Money Orders.

Payment for order is expected before order is shipped.

Shipping:

We ship USP or USPS and figure shipping and handling as orders are placed because some of the items that we sell are very heavy in weight it is easier to do it this way right now. We do charge insurance on items like our TLC Soap/Cutter Molds™, Soapmaking Kits, TLC Soap Curing Bins and larger orders of raw materials and finished products.

All orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

All orders placed for soap molds, jewelers, or soapmaking kits will have a 2 to 4 weeks waiting period unless we have the size ordered in stock or are able to work on the current orders right away.

All orders place for Soap Curing Bins, WILL have a 4 to 6 week waiting period because they are always made on an order by order basis.

Orders shipped for Quick Buys that we do will be paid before purchases are made of the merchandize. When merchandize is received, packaging is done, we then will ship your order to you.



Returns:

Because of the nature of our raw materials, carrier oils, butters, fragrance oils, waxes, emulsifiers, etc. we can not take return on any of these products. This includes the oils, etc. that are included in the soapmaking, creams and lotion making kits or any other raw material products that might be sold.

We DO NOT accept returns on molds or jewelers. If you are not sure that you want the product and you order it anyway, it is yours. We check and recheck each mold and jeweler as it is made and make sure that they are in good working order as they are designed to be used. No returned items will be accepted.



Damage Claims:

Inspect all packages at the time you receive it. If you have a damage claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the package and damage must be verified by the carrier that shipped the package, USPS or UPS. After this time limit, the customer takes full responsibility and will not hold TLC Soaps and Sundries liable.

We will NOT be responsible or accept any returns sent without authorization from us.
TLC Soaps & Sundries will ONLY be liable for actual cost or replacement of damaged item.
