Wrapping Soaps
Below are pictures of how I wrap my soaps in what I call a 3/4 Soap Box. This is done making 3 of the 3/4 Soap Box on Card Stock with a program like Print Master or Photo Shop, etc. You will need to figure your placement for your logo and you ingredients. I figured this by figuring the approximate size of my soap bar and looking at the ruler in my program and placing the logo where it would be centered on the front of the soap when I wrap the card stock around the soap. Then made a small box to place the weight of the soap, if you wish, so it would be on the side and then make a box for the ingredients that would fold around to the back of the bar. This will take you a few times to get it right. So just use regular paper to print on till you have the size you need as a template.

Save the template with your logo on it and then you can copy and paste that template in a new file each time you need a new soap box. I do keep a template for the different ingredients that are in the different soap formulas and when I need to place the name of the soap, I do that and print and then another name etc. I then take out the name and save the file for the next time I need it.

After I cut the card stock to size, I use a crimper to get that ripple look and feel to the paper. The card stock will draw up a bit if only 1 layer of paper is passed through the crimper. So I put 2 of them through the crimper at a time so they don't draw up as much.

My soaps are approximately 4 oz. to 4.75 oz. in size.
When the card stock is cut it is approximately 3 5/8" x 8 1/2". Your size maybe be bigger or smaller according to how you cut yours.
Now put the soap bar witb the logo centered over the soap and wrap it around the soap. You ingredients should be about center on the back.
Tape the long side down. Now at the bottom of the soap the card stock is longer than the soap.
Now clip the 4 corners of the card stock and fold in the short sides.
Fold over the long sides. Clip if it folds to far over the soap and tape it down.
Now you soap is wrapped and ready to go. If you wish you can wrap the soap in a pretty tissue paper before making the box for it.
